Description: This road trip offers spectacular mountain views and mountain roads. You'll pass over the Col de la Forclaz, an ideal place to stop and enjoy a breathtaking panorama of Lake Annecy. Once at the lake, you can take a short break by the water and visit the town of Annecy, nicknamed the "Venice of the Alps". Return via the Col de Leschaux, then head for Savoie, before returning to Le Val de Tamié.
Suggested itinerary :
Val de Tamié → Col de la Forclaz → Annecy → Return via the Mont-Veyrier road (which offers great views of the lake and the old town).
Col de Leschaux → Lescheraines → Mercury → Col de Tamié → Val de Tamié

From Faverges-Seythenex, head for Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, a picturesque village in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park.
What to see : Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval: This village is an ideal starting point for discovering the magnificent Vallée du Fer-à-Cheval, in particular the Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval2. Second stage: Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval → Les Lindarets (38 km - 1h)

From Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, head towards Les Lindarets through the mountains of the Massif du Chablais.
Les Lindarets: A small hamlet in the Portes du Soleil massif, where goats often roam the road.3. Third stage: Les Lindarets → Col des Aravis (40 km - 1h 15 min)
The road to the Col des Aravis is typical of the Alpine passes
Col des Aravis: Once you reach the top, you'll be rewarded with magnificent views of the Mont Blanc massif and the surrounding mountains.4. Fourth stage: Col des Aravis → Flumet (12 km - 20 min)
Flumet: This village is a starting point for several mountain itineraries, and is particularly pleasant for a short break.5. Return : Flumet → Domaine du Val de Tamié (40 km - 1h)

From Val de Tamié, descend to Faverges, then on to Col de la Forclaz, with 1 stop to admire Lac d'Annecy. Depart for Thônes via the Col de Bluffly, then the Col es Aravis and back down to Flumet before heading for Ugine, Faverges and back to the starting point.
